ER2 interview questions

I applied online. Received an email to do a self video interview(this is out of comfort zone for most of us). Forced my self to do it to show I was willing to go the extra mile. About a week later I was asked to come in for an in person interview where I was asked a lot of situational questions by 3 interviewers. After the interview, I was told I'd hear back in a week (latest). A week passed but didn't hear back so I reached out and was told I was not an ideal fit for their team. Not the best experience I've had due to the fact that this whole process took almost a month. Seems like a waste of time if hiring decisions take this long but this experience reminded of why I always have multiple options lined up. At least now I can check off this company if I ever come across them in the future.
