The interview was through a Skype Call, during which we talked about my experience with OpenStack and Linux administration. The interview was short and quick, There were 3 managers interviewing me. they took seven days to respond. The management was good and also the atmosphere was very good. They will do everything they can to make you feel as if it is casual and these conversations are just to determine fit. If you are actually hoping to proceed with them, do not fall to these comforting lures. Stick with your game plan and give them your best business representation of you and your abilities.
