Stage 1: apply your application and fill in your basic information on the website: erm.com
Stage 2: Finish a questionare with many question about your skill, experience, why do you choose ERM... which use for evaluate your skills, experience, education and your writing skill
Stage 3: Interview and do a test. The interview conducted by 3 people including GD, HR manager and a consultant. After the interview, you will have 1 hour to do a test which has 2 parts: multiple question and reading an article then write a conclusion.

I applied through LinkedIn and after a few weeks, I was contacted by their Talent Acquisition team. I met the team just for a quick GTKY, and within that session it was decided for my application was pushed forward to the relevant Partner, subject for further assessment. Miraculously got through that screening and was invited to an interview. The interview was not too gruelling, had plenty of questions on past experience and technical knowledge. It was also an opportunity for a personality fit test with the rest of the team.

Past relevant experience pertaining to role. Past relevant experience with ERM's clients.
3 rounds of interview. First is a standard screen interview with recruiter , then the next two are with seniors/partners. The process was online facetime interview. Overall a good process
