I applied online. I interviewed at ERM (Boston, MA) in Aug 2019
Interview
It was professional, easy going, and comfortable. The questions were meaningful and relevant as well. I had a pleasant experience talking about the company and position with the interviewers. I had an interview with two people, then was left alone in the room to have a virtual Skype interview with two more senior employees. It was lengthy and took maybe 2 hours in total, but didn’t feel unnecessary.

I applied online. I interviewed at ERM (London, England) in June 2021
Interview
I applied online and eventually got a telephone call from a recruiter for an initial screening. Two weeks later, I was invited by another recruiter to a virtual interview to be held another fortnight later. The interview was relaxed and the interviewers were laid-back, so the recruitment process so far was good, despite being slow. I was told that they’d let me know early the following week due to further interviews being undertaken shortly as they were trying to form a new team quickly. The early week came and nothing, a week passed and nothing, another week followed and nothing. A month later, still nothing. I didn’t bother chasing them up having read other interview reviews, notably their lack of communication once an interview is finished, unless they want to employ you. This was the first time that I had experienced no closure to an interview so I won’t be applying for further roles at ERM. The post was also still being advertised, so maybe they didn’t need someone as urgently as they had claimed.
