Interview
The interview process at ERP Maestro was straight-forward. I was first contacted by HR for an initial phone interview. That was followed by a phone interview with the manager of the department. After that, HR contacted me for an in-person interview with HR, the department manager and CMO. Following that, I came back to the office to be interviewed by the whole team.
I thought it was great that they had the entire team interview me, not just members of management. This ensured it was a good personality as well as skills-level match for everyone. Overall, this was a very positive interview process.
