Interview
Multiple interviewers. Questions ranged from previous employers to classwork to hobbies. Essentially you interviewed with multiple individuals on management staff and they all asked you a series of questions based on what qualities they look for in a potential new hire. Process was relatively informal and not stressful. The end of the interview consisted of writing two essays in order for the company to assess writing skills.

Submit CV, Submit Portfolio, Waiting them to review, Interview and discuss on requirement, Hired. The entire process taken very short time because i know one guy who is working inside and he is the person who interviewing me. he known my background and skills thus didn't require much from me.
