2-stage interview process. The first round was a behavior interview with questions about resume experience. The second round was more about the company and where you see your skills fitting in.

Easy if you have experience with kids. Virtual over Teams. One on one, not intimidating at all. Some easy some harder questions. Overall positive experience and felt comfortable right away. Made me more inclined to work there.
