Interview
Initial phone interview with recruitment team focused on a mix of background, interest, and basic behavioral interview questions. Be sure to prepare and understand the role. Any further rounds of interviews are highly behavioral and will involve a team of interviewers. Come prepared with stories and examples of past work. Excellent process with dedicated staff who set everything up seamlessly. Multiple interviewers can be intimidating.
