Applied online at the company website and received a phone call from an engineer to schedule an interview within the next week. Interview was on my university campus (company came to me) and involved myself, a senior engineering manager and senior engineer. Interview consisted of talking about the items on my resume including previous work history and personal interests and also about the job details on a day to day basis. Overall a pretty easygoing process. Seemed like a great job opportunity.
