ESN Technologies interview questions

the interview process is cool and easy.they focus more on logical programs but HR said i got positive feedback and he did not contact me again . they are not interested to take people but why they called for interview i did not understand.

Had a telephonic round with HR manager. Called me for a F2F with the Director Offshore Operations, irony is that she doesn't understand the dynamics of business, no business related questions asked. Such a waste of time.
