I applied online. I interviewed at ESO in Feb 2021
Interview
Process took a little over a month. I talked to a recruiter, a manager, and members of the team. Interviews mostly consisted of behavioral and technical questions, and I was regularly updated on the status of the interview process.

Question 1
While working on team if given multiple task from different members of upper management how would you manage to complete said tasks.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ESO in July 2018
Interview
I was asked to answer technical questions as a pre-screening. I was told that I wasn't experienced enough. I fought back and figured out I wasn't given all of the questions, so they sent me the rest.
A few days later, I had a meetup event in the ESO Solutions location. Since they had not yet reached out to me to further the interview process, I took it upon myself to reach out to them and see if I could introduce myself and say hello. They didn't want to do that. The next day I was told that even though I had answered all of the questions correctly I still wasn't experienced enough. A few weeks later, I had an offer from another company, ESO Solutions reached out to me as a different manager wanted to interview me. I had to sign the contract for the other company the next day. ESO said that they really wanted to interview me and that I should come in to do a coding test and an interview in front of panelists; then they would let me know if I had a job offer the day after I had to sign the offer that I had from the other company.
They said they wanted me really badly, but they were still going to put me through this really stressful situation when the company that had given me an offer had already done that process. And then they weren't even going to give me an answer until the day after I had to sign with the other company or not.
This experience left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. I do not feel as if I were treated with any respect. I will never be interviewing with ESO Solutions again.
