ESOP Direct interview questions

They connected me in July gave one assignment to do. After that took one technical round on 28 July. And then for two months no update. And then suddenly called one day and said that they are willing to take further rounds. Then took one live coding test and two HR rounds . In both the rounds they asked my expectations and never said NO that they would not be able to give that much CTC. Then called me and said you are selected and offered me the package less than my current package. I suppose no one will switch for the package less than the current one. Hope they know that. When I asked the HR that do u know my current CTC , she started telling me the facilities company offers like diwali bonus n all. Worst experience.. They wasted the time. No wonder they have less rating here.

They took 2 technical rounds and 3 HR rounds back in december..I cleared all so that they also did background verification and i had to submit salary slips as well.. But they did not send any offer letter..I contacted them through consultancy as i got the interview through consultancy, still no response.. I dont know how this is happened..After all background checking n all, normally companies do send offer letter..but they did not sent...and everytime they told me to come to their office for an interview (that is acceptable) bt i did it by arranging some stuff everytime in my current offce and came for the interview everytime...worst experience
