Interview
Applied online, then scheduled an information workshop either in-person or via conference call. About a 30-minute to an hour-long information session with the opportunity for follow-up questions. Other applicants are present at the workshops.

Do you have a restricted substitute license or are in the process of applying for one?
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

Interview
The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Interview
Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
