EST Companies does conduct an extensive interview process. We feel this is a win-win for the candidates and ourselves. Our candidates must possess a variety of skills and experience; so we strive to ensure they will have those and be successful in their roles. We also want the candidate to have the opportunity to get to know us and our culture and vice-versa. Our three step process may be different for those who have not gone through this type of hiring process before. We always try and make it a welcoming and non-threatening one for the candidate. Whether the candidate receives or accepts an offer; our hope is that they will complete the process on a positive note.
