ET Group interview questions

Phone call then in person interview with a panel of three people. Asked questions in relation to past experience as well as how I would handle potential issues with the role I was applying for.

Arranged to meet one of the three partners for a lunch interview. Discussed what kinds of opportunities were available at ET Group and was excited by some of the initatives that they were starting and would want to grow into in the coming months. The company has three partners, they are all very committed to being green, and sustainability practices which is pretty unique for their industry.
