Phone interview with 3 people on the team, followed by on-site interview with about 14 people from the team. On-site interview lasted from around 8-12, back to back interviews. A week later, I got a call that I was offered the position. However, the offer was then RESCINDED because they determined I did not have the experience the position required. Extremely unprofessional move by HR and they didn't even bother to tell me over a phone call - just a cold two-sentence email. I've never heard of this happening before at any company, so congrats, ETS
