I submitted my resume and cover letter. Later I had a screening interview with the recruiter and a 30 min. interview with the hiring manager. The interview process was quick.

Thorough and fair by people are experienced project managers. There were two rounds of interviews. First with senior leaders in the department and then with the Executive directors. They asked questions for which I had to give specific examples of what I did and why.
