Interview
I was connected by a headhunter for the position. After an interview to screen my skills and background she arranged a face to face interview at the company. The interview lasted about an hour. I talked with a manager and a director. It was great overall. Welcoming, respectful, fun yet professional.

Il processo di colloquio è stato estremamente scorrevole. Il primo incontro con HR è stato molto positivo: persone disponibili, empatiche e capaci di mettere subito a proprio agio. I colloqui successivi (2) con i membri del team sono stati focalizzati sulla persona e sulle competenze rispetto al ruolo. Le domande erano mirate, senza essere pressanti, e l’impressione generale è stata quella di un confronto costruttivo.
