Bewerbungsprozess ging relativ schnell
Nach schriftlicher Bewerbung, ca 2 Wochen der Anruf mit einer Einladung zum Bewerbungsgespräch zusammen mit Customer Support Chef und jemanden von HR und kurz darauf eine Einladung zum Schnuppertag mit mit einer Führung durch die Firma mit einem Mitarbeiter und am Schluss mit einigen Qualifikationstests (Schaltplan lesen, Fehler finden) alles in allem aber nicht zu schwer zu lösen

Interview
The interview was held at ITT Technical Institute near the I-17 and 23rd Avenue. It was a two part interview in one day. I met with a Senior Field Service Engineer and am HR Representative first. Then I met with my soon to be supervisor and his supervisor. The interviews were straight forward, and the interviewers were nice, funny, excited, and knowledgeable. The first interview was mainly about myself, and the second was mainly about the job and opportunities in that job.
