EXOS Editorial Director interview questions

Pretty laid back overall, informative/casual questions and answers. The process was super lengthy and drawn out, and there were weeks when I didn't hear anything and felt ghosted. They made me do a test that was super detailed, long, and took me 10+ hours to complete. I felt it was unfair to ask for so many ideas and execution plans; they could have learned just as much from one exercise versus three.
