      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EXP (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

Applied online, got a call 2 days later from HR to notify me they liked my application and they proceeded to ask a few questions about my experience. Realized it was really an unscheduled phone interview which I wasn't exactly expecting. But all went well so I got invited for an in person interview 2 days later. Three interviewers in a board room. Got an offer a few days later and accepted. Positive experience overall.

      Interview

Applied online through company website, received a request for a phone interview, a few days after that was asked to come to the office for an in-person interview with the manager. After a couple of weeks I was hired on as an EIT. Pretty straightforward and standard process for large companies like this.

      Engineer In Training Interview

      14 Apr 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Barrie, ON
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EXP (Barrie, ON) in Mar 2015

      Interview

I knew someone in the company so I was able to fast track my resume to the hiring branch manager. She had me do an in person interview very quickly and focused quite a bit on how well I might fit into the office atmosphere (small office) rather than technical skills, though it was for an entry level position where they would be doing a lot of on the job training anyways. I am still waiting to hear back.
