EZCORP Assistant Manager interview questions

Received a call from a recruiter phone interview stated I was a prefect fit - he referred me to the DM who stated I was the perfect fit he indicated he wanted to hie me but had a bad hiring record so the HR Manager would have to make the hiring decision - Interviewed with the Store Manager who said he wanted to hire me had another interview with the HR Manager and DM Gave an account of what I would do for them wrote a report per the DM he stated he liked everything about me the HR Manager asked why I would want to work for someone who only had 10% of my experience I saidZi thought Zi could help and make a difference - I took another position elsewhere as this company does not want a go- getter and they have a poor looking store that needs help but no budget do not recommend
