I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eagle Express (Virginia, IL)
Interview
Short and easy interview. Laid back and straightforward questions. Not much preparedness required. Ask them questions too so you know if it's the right fit. Companies like answering questions and providing you information to help you made an informed decision. Don't just take any job unless you absolutely have to.
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. We agreed on the set date/time. Well, the time comes and I wait, and wait. After almost 10 minutes I decided to call the recruiter as I was not sure if there was an expectation on their end for the candidate to call. Nope, this was not the case. The recruiter was in another state and gave a very inauthentic apology as to why they did not call on time, and then proceeded to rush me through a phone interview. The questions were pretty standard for a phone interview, but it was obvious that the recruiter would have much rather be doing anything else. I did not advance in the hiring process, but even if I had - the experience left much to be desired. No thanks.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself/Walk me through your resume.
Interview was done over the phone due to covid. Not bad just a lot of emailing back and forth which wasn't an issue either. I liked that it was pretty easy to follow.
