Send the resume at first, the the agent gave me a call to schedule the interview. Then I got the interview to answer some questions . It was not long around 30 minutes

Questions asked by a panel of people using a point scoring system. scenarios were given of actual situations to explain how you would deal the problem/ learning goal, Observed doing a practical activity with a set goal given by employer.

Interview
They had two stages. The first one was showing previous examples of your work and the second one was an hour-long interview -to which the interviewer was late- followed by an hour-long design exercise.
