Earnest Director, Strategy & Corporate Development interview questions

Usually you take the Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt... but, in this case, they are true. Most unprofessional interview process I've experienced in my entire career. The recruiter no-showed for my first meeting. Second meeting we set up a zoom call with the Chief Growth Officer. No show. Sent messages to both the recruiter and CGO with no response back. Zero response back from the recruiter after second email 24 hours later. So disrespectful of my time, especially for a senior level position. I prepared for the interview and set aside time in my day only to have it wasted. Avoid at all costs.
