passed the first interview, was general questions about my experience and the company product. in the second interview, it start with interviewers that was not nice at all (almost disrespecting) . asked me all the time to explain clear things. questions was so boring and do have no clear idea or goal. I left the interview after 20 mins.

I had a very frustrating experience with Earnix. I was contacted by a recruiter who was unprofessional and aggressive. The conversation felt more like an interrogation with repetitive questions, showing a clear lack of understanding about the role, the tech stack, or even recruitment in general. When I was asked about salary expectations, I gave a reasonable figure based on my experience and my current salary, but the recruiter aggressively challenged me, questioning how I could be serious about the role with 5 years of experience and mentioning the current market conditions. Overall, the process was a complete waste of time, and I felt disrespected throughout. Based on this experience, I would advise anyone I know to steer clear of this company. The hiring process seems to be poorly managed.
