I applied online and received a text message, to call or text for an in person interview. I called and scheduled the interview. I went in and met with the hiring manager. We spoke casually for about 25 minutes. I was asked about my background, my I wanted to work for Earth Fare, and I was asked several scenario questions. I answered honestly and was hired on the spot.
