I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Earth Fare (Auburn, AL)
Interview
Very informal. Basically, if you're at the interview you pretty much have the job. I've seen people come in basically their pajamas ( or what looks like it ) and still get the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Earth Fare in Oct 2016
Interview
Hiring fare at a local hotel. A lot of applicants but didn't take very long. Filed out application and waited to be called into a different room to to interviewed. The interviewing room had all the department managers at different tables conducting brief interviews.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Earth Fare in Nov 2015
Interview
I was searching through Indeed.com and came across Earth Fare having a job fair. It was at the Hyatt Place. When I first walked in I see a lady at a table with a banner saying Earth Fare. I signed in. The lady asked which position I was looking into and then she gave me a application. Then you go into this room with a bunch of computers and take this silly test. At first I was stuck on it cause it was really weird honestly, but I did my best. Then I went into a room with a bunch of tables with atleast 2 interviewers at each table. I actually got to interview with the Front End Manager of the store. He asked me about myself, work history, the usual behavior questions, ask what you want to be paid, and then he asked if my work history would give a good reference. He told me he'd call within the next few days. And he did so. I got the job and the pay I asked for. He seemed really stoked to have me in the team.
