      Account Executive Interview

      7 June 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Camarillo, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Ease (Camarillo, CA) in May 2022

      Interview

Easy interview process. Phone screen with HR and then another phone call with hiring manager. Phone call with hiring manager went well and he said he liked me. He said HR would email me in the next couple days to set up another interview. HR emailed later that week to tell me I was no longer being considered. Bizarre way to handle it and felt like HR and hiring manager were not on the same page.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Pretty typical interview questions but also somewhat conversational.

      Account Executive Interview

      30 June 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Las Vegas, NV
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Ease (Las Vegas, NV)

      Interview

Long, tedious, probably unnecessary. Took several weeks which is much longer than is necessary for that role. Overall it was a positive experience, but that may be because it was a positive outcome at the time

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Required a sales presentation on a topic of choice. Mostly difficult choosing a topic, but likely unnecessary overall

      15 Feb 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Las Vegas, NV
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ease (Las Vegas, NV)

      Interview

3 interviews in total. First was a brief screening with their recruiter. Very nice, pleasant. 2nd interview was with a sales team leader. I was instructed to make a sales presentation of anything I'd like. This took a few hours of preparation. Then a third interview was with that same team leader with a second team leader in which I made my presentation. I'm not a fan of companies requesting unpaid work from a candidate.
