Personal introduction. Technical Interview with executive director. Question and Answer. Salary Discussion with HR. Pair Programming session with a list of questions. Have to hand out thee solution and implement its in some programming languages.

Question 1
What is the different between and Scrum, Agile and traditional software development method ?
It began with a test on paper (Questions in style of a GRE test). Then 2 interviews with a manager. The Hr was really friendly, she responded quickly via phone.

Interview
The interview process has 2 parts.
1. Logical test:
You will have 30 mins to finish the test including around 30 logical questions. The questions are similar to GRE test.
2. Pair programming test:
If you have a good results in the logical test, then you will proceed to the second round: pair programming test. Here you will have to do pair programming with a lead developer or company director.
