I interviewed at East Bay Community Action Program
Interview
The manager asked very specific questions that were yes or no, they did not give you the opportunity to talk about your skills. It was very discouraging and they were not engaged
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at East Bay Community Action Program
Interview
Casual. There were three interviewers in a small room and they took turns asking questions. Very nice women, somewhat intimidating but they do their best to make you feel comfortable. It was somewhat hard to find the location for the interview and street parking is difficult. There is a lot of paperwork to fill out and steps to take before they hire you. You need fingerprints, drug tests, background tests, etc. Makes sense though because you will be working with children. Overall, great company and love what they do. It would be a nice place to work, there are also many locations through out Rhode Island.
