East Bay SPCA interview questions

Two initial Zoom interviews, followed by four in-person interviews/ meet & greets. Everyone was really open, transparent and up-front about expectations for the role as well as any helpful historical context. I thoroughly got to know everyone and really enjoyed the process!

I submitted my application, did a phone interview, then an in person interview. It was pretty standard. Two people were interviewers which wasn’t too different than other positions. It took less than a week.
