There were specific prepared questions mixed with some conversational style interviewing. It was with the principal and assistant principal in an office. They were both nice and kept it formal and professional.

Why is it important to have anti-racist policies in your teaching practice?
Laborious unnecessarily and disorganized- little critical feedback and a VARIETY of characters with different levels of transparency. Not sure they were truly interested in answers- some more passionate then others.
