East-West Center interview questions

Good and efficient. There was good communication and clear instructions on the position and process. People were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. No real complaints. During covid times they seemed adaptable to remote working and were flexible with location.

Contacted for phone interview two weeks after sending application. Was given clear time frame for when I would hear back about decision (less than two weeks). When I wasn't offered the position, the hiring manager was very clear about why I wasn't what they were looking for despite being very qualified and I appreciated that.
