Eastman Credit Union interview questions

The interview process is a bit extensive but not bad. There is the application and then a phone interview. After you pass the phone interview there is a few assessments you have to complete. The in person interview can seem a bit intimidating but the hiring managers and branch managers are very nice and welcoming. I got a call a few days later stating that I was hired.

There are three phases of interviewing. First phase- personality/IQ test online. Second phase Branch manager/Hiring manager and Human Resources manager. Third phase Director of Teller Operations and Vice President of Human Resources.
