Phone Interview followed by a full day of on site interviews with three managers, a presentation on myself, a timed on site project and a take home project to complete within two days.

My boss explained the position, what hours I would work, and what we do in marcom. She then was interested to learn about me and my background. She was very polite and the interview process was laid back.
