First, you get a phone interview about 30-45 minutes. They ask you about your education and career background. They tell you about the job. They ask a few interview questions. The questions are very situational, examples of things you have expereinced and how you would handle it, etc. Then, you get called in for a face-to-face. Same type process, but there are usually 3-4 people in the room. The process for hearing back is sometimes long, depending on the department and hiring manager.
