Eastway interview questions

The interview seemed to be more of a formality than a screening process. The interviewer did not appear skilled at the task and spent most of the interview time describing the job to me. Although several candidates had already been interviewed, the interviewer seemed unprepared for the process. I was quickly handed over to HR for paperwork in order to get me into a training class scheduled for the next business day.
