One recruiter screening, two management screenings, one leadership interview, one systems design round, one coding round, one management round.
The technical interviewers seemed inexperienced to me. They might be technically strong, but they are poor interviewers.
The system design interviewer constantly interrupted me and did not let me drive the conversation, pigeonholing me into a suboptimal design and I couldn’t get the system to a state that I would’ve liked to. As far as coding, the expectations were vague and the interviewer wouldn’t answer certain, leading me to over-engineer it in anticipation of curve balls.
