The presentation topic was assigned by the R&D team and involved how a process flow would vary with the use of plant protein isolates. The team will ask you questions throughout your presentation on why you selected certain processes, and what other options are possible. Ensure you fully understand all processes and why each step is required. Remain calm and think about your answers to their technical questions logically. Remaining day of interviews was less technical, and consisted of behavioural and experience-based questions with teams that you would be working with. If you're not what they're looking for, they will end the day early.
