Members from each discipline will be interviewing you. Artist, designers, programmers, and even the President of the company. DO NOT BE LATE TO THE INTERVIEW, you will be instantly asked to leave. Do not act standoff-ish, the President of ESP has been known to blacklist people from the industry if they are disrespectful.
