I interviewed for Harvey's as a server August 2018. Interview was fine/ normal. I walked in with a lot of experience and basically got an interview on the spot. The management comes off as nice when you first meet them. Later you find out they are all very catty and play favorites. Food is OK. Kitchen staff is OK. The whole 'trying to have a corporate process and structure' is very frustrating to me personally. I find these systems to be very restrictive and seem to stifle creativity.
