Give example of a tough customer service experience
There are two interviews. The first interview is a One way interview, seven questions (recorded interview- you record yourself answering each question and submit it) and second zoom interview with two people.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EatStreet (Madison, WI) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was 30-45 minutes of rather standard questions- Gave a couple example situations and asked how I would handle it. Asked what about EatStreet attracts me the most.
