After applying, I was sent a 45 minute coding challenge which I had correctly completed. It's been 3 weeks since submitting my challenge results and I still haven't received a reply. I followed up twice and still did not get any replies. It's unreasonable to expect candidates to spend 45 minutes on a coding challenge, submit working code, and not receive a 30 second response saying they are not interested.
