Very simple phone conversation followed by an in person interview and a trail shift. They mostly let my experience speak for itself. Interviewer was very kind and explained all of the smaller concepts within the broader context, and asked which ones I was most interested in before making an offer.

Interviewer told me I would definitely get a response within a week. I was then ghosted for a full month before I got a response that I did not get the job
