The people I interacted with were very welcoming, punctual and made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. There was a total of 6 interviews for the role. First the phone call with the recruiter, then a Teams meet and greet with the hiring manager, then 4 individual in person interviews with the hiring manager, his boss, HR and someone from the team, The entire process took about a month. My only issue is the turn down process. After someone has gone through so many interviews, taken time out of their work day to spend an entire day interviewing in person, you’d expect at least a phone call with the turn down. I’m happy I wasn’t ghosted as so many companies do, but a generic email isn’t much better. It’s helpful to people who are on the job hunt to receive feedback, good or bad, to prepare for the next job they interview for. It also shows that you respect the time and effort people put in to work for your company. That’s where my neutral rating comes from. Had the turn down been better, the entire process would have been amazing.
