I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Mitcheldean, England)
Interview
I sent my application, and a month later got spontaneous call from one of their recruitment team. The call was a 5-10 minute interview, it was formal but very brief. I was then sent an email inviting me to the assessment centre the following week. There were about 20 other interns at the day, and it ran from 9:00- 5:00, however half were sent home at lunchtime, and the rest were interviewed further. The day consisted of, 2 group tasks (both presentations) and an intray test, and a sort of IQ test. It was very exhausting but well structured. Sadly I didn't make it passed lunchtime, but we got feedback before we went home.

I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton in Aug 2024
Interview
I had a first interview with recruiter, second interview with a hiring manager, both gave great feedback. Then comes the newly appointed regional manager who decided to put the role on hold. He had the nerve to tell me what a great impression I had made on the team. Well, that is great to hear now that the job has been pulled. It was a blessing in disguise.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why you are a good fit for the role?
Eaton had a very standard interview process for their interns. The interviews were phone interviews because of Covid regulations. There were a couple rounds of interviews. They had Star Method questions with very personable and caring interviewers.
