I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ebury
Interview
In one word, awful. Three interviews: the usual first contact interview with HR, one with the Team Lead and one with the Branch Manager. Everything was quite smooth and soon after the third interview I was told that they wanted me in the team and I would soon receive an offer. Three and a half weeks later, I received a phone call saying that the CEO is now much more hands-on when it comes to the recruitment process and he only wants junior analysts, therefore they will not make me an offer. This may be the most unprofessional experience I have had with a company, and I have had my fair share of them.
