      I applied online. I interviewed at Ebury in Jan 2025

      Interview

      I received the invitation to interview for Product Owner position at Ebury (Madrid office). During the 1st interview with the HR, I was told that they already filled the role but they still wanted to talk to me in case of any other openings in the future. The HR asked me during the interview to schedule the 2nd interview with the Head of Product. It felt like they were in rush. I accepted it as I thought they might really have new openings just around the corner. The 2nd interview went fine and I was told again that they already filled the role but they will recommend me to others teams. The next day I received the email that my profile does not match the requirements at this time. In the end the whole process felt like complete waste of time and it was handled in an unprofessional way.
