Eccella Informatica Consultant interview questions

First a telephonic round was taken then a Skype round conducted. As response I was told I am selected and hr will revert back. The Hr called for salary discussion and I quoted my expectation thinking startup company pays well. But eccella hr didn't negotiate and rejected me. The Hr team is bad they don't response on time.
